Located in Reseda in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, California, Ramen Nippon has been serving the local community with traditional Japanese ramen for over 34 years.

While newer restaurants offer trendy tonkostu-base soups and modern-style ramen, customers have consistently returned to Ramen Nippon for our classic, traditional taste. Not only do we make our noodles from scratch, our high-quality soups are bursting with flavor.

We create our signature soup with chicken and bonito broth mixed with a variety of vegetables that bring out intense “umami” essences.

We offer 3 simple yet complex flavors to choose from: Shoyu (soy sauce), Shio (salt), and Miso (soybean paste).
