“Ja Ja Men” ($15.50 + tax)

Hi, everyone! “Ja Ja Men” has become one of the most popular dishes in Ramen Nippon. Please come and try this tasty and savory dish!
It’s like a homemade bolognese, but Japanese-style meat sauce on warm ramen noodles (without soup). Thinly sliced pork and seasoned, juicy ground pork meat are both cooked in a dark miso sauce on boiled ramen noodles with sliced fresh cucumber, boiled baby bokchoy, and chopped scallions. We start serving this new “Ja Ja men” today!

Thank you all for supporting us during this time. Please stay safe!

We are looking forward to serving you soon!

For your convenience, we now accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD and Debit Card.

We started serving gluten-free noodles with any ramen dishes upon your request at $1.00 up price!

The gluten-free noodle looks just the same as regular ramen noodle but is made with potato starch, rice flour, konnyaku powder instead of wheat flour. Please try our new gluten-free noodles today for your takeout order!

Ramen Nippon

Located in Reseda in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, Ramen Nippon has been serving the local community with traditional Japanese ramen for over 31 years.

While newer restaurants offer trendy tonkostu-base soups and modern-style ramen, customers have consistently returned to Ramen Nippon for our classic, traditional taste. Not only do we make our noodles from scratch, our high-quality soups are bursting with flavor. We create our signature soup with chicken and bonito broth mixed with a variety of vegetables that bring out intense “umami” essences. We offer 3 simple yet complex flavors to choose from Shoyu (soy sauce), Shio (salt), and Miso (soybean paste).

We also make our popular gyoza (dumplings) from scratch daily and offer many original appetizers and rice dishes such as Japanese-style curry rice.

No matter what you try from our menu, we are confident that you will enjoy Ramen Nippon’s high-quality, flavorful food. We hope to serve you soon!
